My wife, two kids and I stayed on a Sat night. When the Bars let about 2am very loud music from cars roared until about 4am we got very little sleep, when we told the desk clerks in the morning they just laughed and said "it is always that way" (suckers). I thought we might get a justified discount, but no chance. The hotel and rooms are acceptable to nice and fairly clean, If your looking for a party this might be the place but don't expect to get any sleep. I realize the nosie is not the hotels fault but since they rented a family a front room near University Ave fully aware of the problem and they were unconcerned about us, our comfort and experience, I do not recommend this Hotel. At the price we paid we should have had a good stay.

The Holiday Inn University Center Hotel located at 1250 W. University Avenue provides some great amenities
Hairdryer,Voicemail,Iron, in rooms. You can also be sure to have great services provides in and around the property such as
Fitness Center,Pool,Meeting Rooms,.
